Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Releasepathbase handles personal data in connection with https://releasepathbase.digital and commissioned education-analytics work. It should be read with the cookies page.

Data controller

The controller is Releasepathbase, 14SmithPl Canonsburg Pennsylvania(PA) 15317, email contact@releasepathbase.digital, telephone +17244852037. For work physically performed in Georgia, the same practice remains the controller unless a written engagement letter names the school as sole controller of pupil files — which is the usual arrangement for sample packs.

What we collect from the website

This website does not use a contact form, newsletter field, or other lead-collection mechanism. If you telephone or email us, we receive the number or address you chose to use and the content of the message. Server logs operated by a host may record IP address, browser type, and requested path for security and uptime. Cookie use is described on the cookies page; non-essential cookies run only if you accept them.

What we collect in a review

Commissioned work may involve coded work samples, scheme titles, and staff names of commissioning teachers. We ask schools not to send untreated pupil identifiers. If a school nevertheless sends a name, we return or delete that identifier once the sample can be recoded, unless the school instructs us in writing to keep it for a dispute about a finding.

Purposes and legal bases

Website logs: legitimate interests in keeping the site available. Email and telephone: steps toward a contract or legitimate interests in answering a professional query. Commissioned files: performance of the engagement contract with the school. We do not sell personal data and do not use it to train unrelated models.

Retention

Server logs are kept no longer than 90 days unless needed for a security investigation. Email about a declined engagement is kept up to 12 months. Working files from a completed review are returned or deleted within 60 days after the briefing, except a copy of the written brief and the engagement letter, which are kept for six years for accounting and dispute handling. Coded samples are not retained once the brief is frozen, unless the school asks in writing for a short hold.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, including Georgian data-protection rules where they apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in Georgia or in your place of residence.

International transfers

The listed office address is in Pennsylvania. Reviewers may read files in Georgia. Hosting may process logs in the host’s regions. Where a transfer leaves Georgia, we rely on contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism and limit the file to what the engagement requires. Pupil samples should remain on school equipment whenever the school so instructs.

Processors

The site host and email provider process data on our instructions. The optional desktop utility, when used, runs locally; it does not make Releasepathbase a processor of funds or a custodian of crypto-assets.

Children

The website is written for school staff, not for pupils. We do not knowingly collect pupil data through the site.
