Refunds

These rules apply to professional engagements described on this site (curriculum outcome reviews, learner progress briefings, assessment map alignment, and cohort term interpretation). They do not apply to goods we do not sell, shipping we do not offer, or software installers we do not distribute. The optional local tracking utility is listed on Veve; refunds for that listing follow Veve’s own terms, not this page.

Eligibility

A full refund is available if Releasepathbase cancels an engagement before any document reading begins, or if we cannot staff the named reviewer and you decline a substitute. A full refund is also available if you cancel in writing more than ten working days before the agreed inventory date and no reading has started.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be sent to contact@releasepathbase.digital or made by telephone on +17244852037 within 14 days of the event that gives rise to the request (cancellation, postponement, or a completed briefing you believe was outside the written scope).

Full or partial refunds

If reading has started but the briefing has not occurred, we refund the unused portion after deducting reviewer days already worked, documented at the on-site or remote day rate in the engagement letter. If the briefing has occurred and the written brief was delivered within scope, the fee is earned and is not refunded.

Non-refundable items

Documented travel already purchased for an agreed on-site day in Georgia is not refundable once tickets or lodging cannot be cancelled. Time spent coding a sample pack on school premises after you asked us to attend is not refundable.

Process

Write to contact@releasepathbase.digital with the engagement letter date, the year group, and whether you are cancelling, postponing, or disputing scope. We confirm the calculation in writing before returning funds.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned by the same method used to pay, within 14 working days of our written confirmation. We do not send cash or crypto-assets.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may postpone once, with at least five working days’ notice, without a fee if the reviewer can be reassigned. A second postponement may be treated as a cancellation of the unused portion. We may postpone for illness or blocked school access; in that case you may wait for a new date or take a full refund of unused fees.

Deposits

A deposit, when required in the engagement letter, is credited to the final fee. It is refundable under the same rules as the unused portion. It is not a separate product.

No-shows

If faculty are not present for an agreed briefing and had not postponed, the briefing fee for that session is charged. The written brief is still delivered if the reading was complete.

Work already started

Once the inventory has been accepted and samples opened, cancellation converts to a partial refund as described above. Findings already drafted remain the school’s to use; we do not finish the briefing unless you ask us to complete it at the remaining fee.

Purchased materials

We do not sell kits or printed workbooks. Photocopies made on school machines remain with the school.

Exceptions

If a brief is delivered late against a date we confirmed in writing, you may choose a 15 percent reduction of the remaining fee or a completed delivery without reduction. Statutory rights in Georgia that cannot be waived remain available.
