Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the website at https://releasepathbase.digital and commissioned work performed by Releasepathbase. By using the site or commissioning a review, briefing, alignment, or interpretation, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not commission work.

Nature of the practice

Releasepathbase provides professional reading of learner progress evidence against curriculum outcomes, plus related briefings described on this site. An optional desktop utility is a local data tracking and analytical aid listed elsewhere. Releasepathbase is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, investment platform, or financial adviser. It does not hold funds or cryptocurrency, does not access private keys, and does not execute transactions.

No affiliation

Releasepathbase is not a Binance product and is not affiliated with Binance Holdings Ltd. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Marvel Characters, Inc., Marvel Entertainment, LLC, or The Walt Disney Company.

Website content

Pages are informational. Rates are not an offer capable of immediate acceptance. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, or medical advice. Curriculum comments are not inspection judgements and are not binding on any ministry or examination board.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original graphics are owned by Releasepathbase unless a credit says otherwise. Schools retain ownership of their schemes, mark columns, and pupil work. Findings in a written brief may be used inside the commissioning school. They may not be republished as if they were a regulatory report.

Commissioned work

A review begins only after a written confirmation of scope, year group, and fee. The school remains the controller of pupil identities. Releasepathbase does not accept a live register by email as a substitute for a coded sample pack.

Acceptable use of the site

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that impairs access for others, or present the pages as an official government or examination-board publication.

Liability

To the extent permitted by the law of Georgia (GE), Releasepathbase is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost inspection grades, delayed reporting windows, or decisions taken by governors after reading a brief. Direct liability, where it cannot be excluded, is limited to the fee paid for the specific engagement that gave rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia (GE). Courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

The terms may be updated on this page. The date of the current version is 15 August 2026.
